RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
WWW.FEDSHI.STORE accepts returns or exchanges of eligible to return (as defined in WWW.FEDSHI.STORE General Terms and Conditions of POLICY) within 30 calendar days of receipt of the Products.
Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused and undamaged, in their original package, if any, and with original tags and labels attached along with all related accessories, and protective covers included.
Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip or they will not be accepted. This is for hygiene reasons. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
www.fedshi.store reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly packed or packed with different materials than the original ones.
Please note that Customized items cannot be returned.
To return a Product, you must inform us of your intention to return or exchange a Product. To this effect you may:
send an email to clientservice.fedshi@gmail.com.
You will receive an email confirming your return or exchange request. Please follow the instructions below to return the product(s) to our warehouse:
– Wrap the Products you wish to return or exchange safely to avoid damage; Place them in their original package, if any, and then inside the shipping box in which you received your order;
– Visit the carrier’s website to arrange shipment. Alternatively, you can deliver the box to the nearest delivery company collection point.
Please note that Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from your request for return or exchange.
All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact clientservis.fedshi@gmail.com
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on www.fedshi.store as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate
Upon receipt of a Product for which a return or exchange was requested, we will inspect the Product to ensure that the return / exchange conditions specified above in Article 1 are met. Subject to the Product meeting those conditions, an exchange or refund will be made.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment and in the same currency as purchase except in case of payment by cash on delivery where refunds will be made by bank transfer
